Warm Up for SKEEOR 2026 – Video Competition on LIFE Priorities
The Association for Research and Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development – SKEEOR has launched a competition for the best short video clip as part of the preparations for the annual student conference SKEEOR 2026.
The initiative invites young people to explore and capture the beauty, energy, and sustainability stories of North Macedonia through the thematic priorities of the EU LIFE Programme:
Nature and Biodiversity
Circular Economy and Quality of Life
Climate Change
Clean Energy Transition
Participants are encouraged to create a short video (10–20 seconds) filmed at a real location in North Macedonia, showcasing elements such as wildlife, renewable energy facilities, recycling practices, local landscapes, or visible impacts of climate change, all reflecting the theme:
“Our Country Through the Lens of LIFE Programme Priorities”
The competition is open to young people, high school students, university students, and young engineers.
The best four video clips will receive awards of 2,500 MKD per category.
