PRESENTATION OF THE EU LIFE PROGRAMME

The LIFE Programme is the European Union’s flagship funding instrument for environment, climate action and the clean energy transition. It supports innovative solutions, pilot and demonstration projects, best practices and capacity-building initiatives that contribute to the implementation of European environmental and climate policies.
As an associated country to the LIFE Programme, North Macedonia can participate on equal terms in all LIFE calls, enabling public institutions, municipalities, public enterprises, academic and research organisations, businesses and civil society organisations to access European funding for addressing national environmental and climate priorities.
The presentation will provide an overview of the LIFE Programme, funding opportunities available under the current calls, eligibility and application requirements, and practical guidance for developing successful project proposals. The event will also offer an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, discuss project ideas and explore potential partnerships for future LIFE initiatives.
