ROUND TABLE – From policy to practice: Environmental priorities under the LIFE Programme

16.04.2026 (Thursday) ■ 09:30 ■ Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning

The LIFE25-CAP-MK-eHUB4LIFE project aims to support Republic of North Macedonia in strengthening environmental and climate action through the opportunities offered by the EU LIFE Programme. As part of this initiative, a dedicated round table on environmental priorities is organised, bringing together representatives from public institutions, local authorities, expert organisations, civil society, and other relevant stakeholders.

The event will provide an open platform for discussion on current national challenges, ongoing policy developments, and key needs in the field of environment. Through an interactive exchange of views and experiences, participants will contribute to identifying priority areas where LIFE funding can offer strong added value. The outcomes of the round table will be used to support the preparation of a national needs assessment report, helping to guide future LIFE-related activities and project development in Republic of North Macedonia.

The project partners are the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning (MoEPP), acting as the project coordinator, and the Knowledge and Skills Management Centre K&S Skopje (K&S Skopje).

Registration for participation in the round table may be completed via the following form.

Please note that the deadline for registration is 14 April 2026.
